With an affectionate grin, Mike Winkelmann, 42, directs another motivational jab at his brother Greg, 47, who is briskly walking a treadmill at the Cardiac Company, Methodist Hospital’s cardiac rehabilitation center.

“Hey, know your place,” Greg fires back. “Don’t make me come over there.”
